| Mary Thaut has a background in Real Estate Sales. She primarily sold residential homes, but also sold commercial properties and vacant land. Mary has been a paralegal/trustee assistant to David Birdsell since November of 1999. Her duties consist of assisting the trustee in running the day to day operations of the office, preparing 341 request letters, fathering the necessary information from debtors to prepare for creditors' hearings, reviewing all incoming documentation from the debtors, answering debtor questions and inquiries, attending 341 hearings with the trustee, monitoring asset cases as they progress, assisting the trustee with Trustee Auctions, and aiding the trustee in the closing of asset cases and no asset cases. Mary is married to a retired Navy pilot and has two children and six grandchildren. |
