| Mary has been the administrative assistant for Mr. Robert P. Abele, Ch. 7 and Ch. 12 Bankruptcy Trustee in Phoenix, AZ area since January 1999. She formerly worked with Kevin J. Rattay, Bankruptcy Attorney from 1994 to 1998. Mary enter information of new cases assigned to the trustee, sends out Request Information letters to debtors for the 341 Hearings, handles work with both asset and no-asset cases, transmits daily with J.P. Morgan/Chase Bank, and takes telephone calls from debtors, creditors, and attorneys. Mary also closes asset cases when the trustee has concluded his work on them. "While collecting various pieces of information, we run across some very interesting, occasionally humorous or sad, incidents.
