What do if do if my address has changed?
If your address or phone number has changed, you will need to fill out a change of address form which you may print from this website. After this is filled out, you will need to provide the court, my office and your attorney (if you have one) with a copy. If you don't put in a change of address, you may miss out on important mailing from the court or our office which may have a bearing on the outcome of your case!

INFO NEEDED TO SUPPLY TO THE TRUSTEE PRIOR TO CREDITORS' HEARING DATE OR 341 HEARING
Always make copies, DO NOT SEND ORIGINALS. If you send originals, documents will not be returned to you. TRUSTEE WILL NOT MAKE COPIES at his office. You should make copies of your information before bringing your documents to our office.
What do I do if I do not have copies of the requested tax returns?
You will need to call and order a copy or transcript from the IRS (1-800-829-1040) for your federal return. For your state return, call the Arizona Department of Revenue (602-255-3381 or 1-800-352-4090). They will probably tell you that you may not get copies before your hearing date but order them anyway and let the trustee know at your hearing that they returns have been ordered and about the time you should receive them.
When should I have my documents in to the Trustee?
The documents should be received by the trustee at least one week prior to your hearing.
What about bank statements? Which months should be sent?
You should send copies of the six most current months for each bank account that you have. The most current month should include the date that you filed bankruptcy and the two months prior to that date.
What about legal questions?
TRUSTEE DOES NOT GIVE LEGAL ADVICE. If you have a legal questions you should consult your attorney if you have one. If you do not have an attorney, should seek advice from another source.
When will I receive my discharge?
If there are no objections to you receiving a discharge, you should receive your discharge as follows:
- Judge will sign discharges approximately 30 days after the "DEADLINE DATE" on your Notice of 341 Hearing. The court will then mail a copy of your discharge to you, your creditors, and our office at the same time.
NOTE: THE TRUSTEE DOES NOT SEND OUT THE DISCHARGES. If you did not receive a copy of your discharge within 90 days of your hearing, you should call the bankruptcy court at (602) 682-4000 to see why it has not been sent out. There may have been an objection to your discharge filed by one of your creditors. Please do not call trustee office. Trustee does not have control of this document.
We DO NOT retrieve documents from closed cases.
REQUESTED LETTERS FROM TRUSTEE
We do not supply letters of explanation for the following:
- Closed Cases,
- Abandonment of property, and
- Letters requested by title companies to close real estate transactions.
